Rarity Report Form
For records for
require a description, please send in a description to Mark Lawlor.
All rarity reports require Form A to be filled out.
If the bird that you found was not clearly photographed, and/or the photographs did not conclusively identify the species, you must fill in form B as wellto give a written description of the bird, and evidence as to why you identified it as this rare species. Please attach to Form A. Also, please copy and attach any notes that you made in the field.
